Nocturnal Nuisances

The days before painkillers.
Yet another bad night's sleep: Tinnitus, vein ache, snoring hubby and a howling cat outside! 

 Got up early to go out to breakfast, as arranged, in Hertford, with mum and dad, to celebrate Tommy's birthday and our wedding anniversary, but I just didn't feel up to it, so instead mum and dad came here for breakfast and we all had another family game of Cranium. 

 Tried to do a bit of pottering in the garden, but got too tired so retired to my boudoir. That's about all folks for this dreary Saturday. Tommy's birthday tomorrow.

 PS. Since I have been bald I have discovered a birth mark which I had not previously been aware of, I have that red blotchyness at the nape of my neck. 

 The magician who loved his chocolate could perform a lot of Twix

    You never let us down even when you are tired and no doubt feeling rubbish you still manage to blog. I love reading your daily updates they always bring a smile to my face and of course a big chuckle! I hope you feel better tomorrow and able to celebrate Tommy's birthday even if it does involve another game of Cranium! See you soon Lindsey R x x x

    Congrats on wedding anniversary and happy birthday Tommy for yesterday. Loved the Mohican photo by the way, don't know why you held back! Sorry you feel so tired but time in with kids is great, you haven't mentioned who keeps winning?? Lots of love Lindsay xxxxx

    Well come to the family cus. I have got that birth mark, dan had it, seb has got it and I think my dad. I bet granny had it too. Check your mum I wonder if she might as well? See you soon

    Hey there, bugger re the sleeping do hope you get some energy back soon...can sympathise with the snoring hubby part though! I hope Tommy has a good birthday and you celebrate the anniversary with some kind of bubbles...boy didnt you give him a good birthday present - how many years ago ?!

    You are fabulous Paula. I have really enjoyed reading your blogg comments. You have made wigs (yes even the red one) look fabulous !! You have even suited a mohawk ! I have laughed & wanted to cry all in one go. With that wonderful attitude you have Oscar & Rebbecca will always have a mummy to be proud of. Even i am proud of you with this amazing attitude.
